Linea Directa acquires the Apara’s Predictive Analytics technology

Linea Directa, leading company in direct selling of car, motorcycle, home and company fleets insurances, has acquired the technology of the Spanish predictive analytics company Apara.

Thus, the insurer reinforces its position as a pioneer company in the use of the most advanced technological tools which allow to highly reducing the efforts and costs, adding value to the business and its customers.

Apara’s predictive technology is a powerful and accurate artificial intelligence engine responsible of transforming the data into predictive models. With this, the users can anticipate and find out the causes of certain business scenarios.

Gartner has globally referenced Apara in more than 10 reports of different applications about general area, as Big Data, or about specific fields, as the insurance field.

Gartner is a prescriber of technology worldwide who gives references about Apara since 2009. In its last reports, Apara has been the only Spanish company which gives an own product to build analytic models aimed at solving business situations in the insurance field.
